Hi, I'm Tasha.
Mom to three daughters and wife to Mike, I was born and raised in charming Fessenden, North Dakota, and I've called the Fargo area home for more than 22 years. After my husband and I built our “forever home,” there was this magnetic pull toward real estate, knowing I'd be able to help people in a meaningful way. That was over a decade ago.
I thrive on genuine relationships, and I care enough about your best interests to crunch the numbers: I'll run the statistical reports and triple-check the market comparisons so you feel confident in every decision. In this market, that also means being honest about the numbers other people gloss over, starting with special assessments. It's why I built the calculator: you deserve to know the real payment before you fall for the house.
Since 2019 I've co-hosted the Realtor Moms Podcast with my friend and fellow agent Jamie Swenson: 100+ short episodes explaining appraisals, inspections, specials, flipping, and the rest of it in plain language, with plenty of working-mom life mixed in. Design & Living Magazine and The Forum have both been kind enough to feature the show.
I'm licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota and work with Property Link Realty Group, brokered by Real. When I'm not showing houses you'll find me at my daughters' activities or volunteering with the United Way of Cass-Clay.
