We also use standard website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), which collect usage data such as pages visited and general device information via cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide the services you asked for (like listing alerts or special-assessment lookups), and improve this site. If you sign up for emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link and we honor it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, and email delivery) and as required by law.

Two things on this site come from other companies and follow their own privacy policies: the bot check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the podcast player on the blog (Spotify). Neither receives anything you type into our forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time via the contact page. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
